TIRED BUT WIRED?
A practical online workshop on Sleep, Stress & Recovery
You go to bed tired — but your mind keeps running.
You wake up exhausted — but the day already demands your energy.
Many people try to solve this with more discipline, more coffee, or better time management.
But the real issue is often nervous system overload.
In this two‑part online workshop you will learn how Sleep, Stress and Recovery (SSR) shape your energy, mood, and resilience — and how small daily practices can help restore balance.
✔ Two live online sessions (60 minutes each)
✔ Practical techniques you can use immediately
✔ Free Recovery Toolkit when you register
Why you feel tired but wired
A great number of people today live in a constant state of low‑grade stress.
Work demands, digital stimulation, irregular schedules and mental overload slowly disrupt the body's natural rhythms.
When this happens, three things begin to change:
• sleep becomes lighter and less restorative
• energy fluctuates throughout the day
• the nervous system struggles to fully relax
This creates the familiar experience of feeling exhausted but unable to truly switch off.
The good news is that the body has built‑in mechanisms for recovery — when we learn how to support them.
The ANDALA approach
At Andala Wellness we focus on the biological foundations of sustainable wellbeing.
Instead of pushing harder, we explore how to regulate the system that produces energy in the first place.
This workshop introduces the SSR Framework:
Sleep Stress Recovery
These three elements form the foundation of:
• stable energy
• emotional resilience
• mental clarity
• sustainable health habits
Understanding this framework allows small changes to produce meaningful improvements.
What you will learn
Across the two live sessions you will learn:
• why stress and sleep influence energy more than motivation
• how the nervous system reacts to chronic pressure
• what happens in the body when sleep becomes fragmented
• why "try harder" approaches often fail
• how small recovery practices can stabilize energy and mood
You will also learn how to apply the SSR model in everyday life through realistic practices.
What you will experience
This workshop is designed to be practical and interactive.
During the sessions you will experience:

FINAL REFLECTION
Most people try to solve fatigue by pushing harder.
But sustainable energy rarely comes from effort alone.
It often begins by learning how to regulate, recover and restore balance to the nervous system.
If this approach resonates with you, we would be glad to welcome you.
