When knowing is not enough
You may know what would help. Making it work is the difficult part.
Healthy choices rarely happen in ideal conditions. Work, family, stress, changing energy and competing advice can make even a sensible plan difficult to follow.
If routines keep falling away, it does not automatically mean you need more discipline. You may need a clearer priority, a smaller starting point or a plan that better fits your life.
Your energy or sleep feels less steady than you would like.
You keep restarting routines that become difficult to maintain.
You have plenty of information but no clear way to use it.
You want progress without turning health into another source of pressure.
A more workable way forward
Start with your life—not an ideal plan.
Andala Wellness helps you understand what is shaping your health, decide what matters now and turn it into a realistic practice.
Instead of asking you to change everything at once, we work with your needs, capacity, responsibilities and preferences. You try the practice in daily life; together, we review what happened and adapt it.
The aim is not perfect compliance. It is to build healthier patterns you understand and skills you can keep using when life changes.
The Andala approach
Your health is connected. Your starting point is personal.
Health is shaped by more than food and exercise. Sleep, stress, recovery, movement, relationships, surroundings, responsibilities and what matters to you can all influence what feels possible.
Deep Health helps us look at the relevant connections without making the process more complicated. Bio-individuality means we do not assume the same answer will suit everyone. We consider the wider picture, then focus on the next step that fits you now.
How coaching works
Understand. Choose. Practise. Review. Adapt.
Understand your starting point
We explore what is happening now, what matters to you and what may be helping or getting in the way.
Choose a useful focus
Together, we identify a priority that is meaningful and realistic for your current capacity.
Practise in real life
You choose a version of the practice that feels workable enough to test between sessions.
Review what happened
We notice progress, barriers and what your experience can teach us—without treating a difficult week as failure.
Adapt and continue
We adjust the practice as your confidence, circumstances and needs change, helping you build skills for greater independence.
Where we may begin
Support for the parts of health that shape everyday life.
Your coaching focus is shaped by your priorities. It may begin in one area or include several connected areas over time.
Energy, sleep and recovery
Explore the routines, demands and daily patterns that may influence how rested, restored and capable you feel.
Nutrition and movement
Build practical ways of eating and moving that suit your preferences, schedule, experience and current capacity.
Stress, habits and daily life
Develop realistic practices, clearer boundaries and more adaptable routines for demanding or changing weeks.
Yoga-informed and restorative practices may be included when they are appropriate, relevant and something you want to explore.
Progress in real life
Change may begin with what becomes clearer and more workable.
Progress will not look identical for everyone. It may include noticing your patterns earlier, making health decisions with more confidence and returning to supportive routines more easily after disruption.
Depending on your starting point and focus, progress may look like:
a more consistent sleep or evening routine;
steadier patterns around meals, movement or recovery;
practices that still feel possible during busy weeks;
a clearer understanding of what supports or drains your capacity;
less all-or-nothing thinking when circumstances change;
greater confidence adjusting your plan rather than starting over.
These are examples of possible progress, not guaranteed outcomes. Your experience will depend on your needs, circumstances, participation and any other support involved.
Is coaching right for you?
A collaborative process for people ready to explore, practise and learn.
Coaching may be a good fit if you:
want to understand the wider picture rather than follow another generic plan;
are willing to experiment with realistic actions between sessions;
value guidance, reflection and accountability without rigid control;
want to develop skills you can continue using independently;
understand that progress can involve adjustment rather than a perfect, linear path.
A different type of support may be more appropriate if you:
need diagnosis, treatment or management of a medical or mental-health condition;
need individualised clinical nutrition therapy or rehabilitation;
are looking for emergency or crisis support;
want a guaranteed result or a prescriptive plan with no collaborative role.
Andala Wellness coaching supports health education, reflection and behaviour change. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and does not replace care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Where another form of support is more suitable, we will encourage you to seek it.
The Coaching page explains the process, what support includes and the next step if you would like to explore fit.
Meet Alana and Andrei
Guidance that brings science, practice and real life together.
We created Andala Wellness because good health guidance needs to be more than accurate—it needs to be usable by a real person living a real life.
Together, our training spans nutrition coaching, sleep, stress management and recovery, personal training and yoga. We bring those perspectives into one client-centred process, using evidence-informed guidance, careful listening and practical experimentation.
We do not expect perfection or offer universal answers. Our role is to help you understand your starting point, make informed choices and develop practices that belong in your life—not only in a programme.
